Use

Add 1-2 cups (or the amount recommended by your doctor) of Epsom salts to warm water in a standard-sized tub, allowing the crystals to dissolve. Soak for at least 12 minutes while the magnesium and sulfate from the salt absorb into your body.

*Do not use in a hot tub, whirlpool, or other tub with jets unless covered by the manufacturer.
