Virtual
For virtual events, you will be responsible for providing the virtual meeting link, creating promotional materials, advertising the event, collecting registrations, etc. We will provide the SHIFT logo for use on event materials, and we ask that you tag @mainlineshift on any social media event promotions.
In-Person
For in-person events, we require an HDMI-compatible projector to plug in a laptop, or access to a computer with Wi-Fi that is already attached to the projector.

We appreciate payment at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.
If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible to let us know. Full refunds are available when canceled seven or more business days before the scheduled event. If the event is canceled less than 7 business days, a 50% refund is given.
In the unlikely event that SHIFT is forced to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given.
