To make a standard solution (70%) of Rubbing Alcohol: Dilute by adding 1 part water to 2 parts of this 99% Isopropyl Alcohol. This watered-down concentration can then be added to equal parts vinegar and water in a spray bottle for low-waste glass cleaner!
