If you are a Therapist, Counselor, or someone who works in another helping field, this event is designed to support you!
Do you find it comes natural for you to care for others, yet more of a challenge to prioritize your own well-being? Join Nina O’Neill from A Place for Therapists for an event designed to nourish you, where you will get to connect with other helping professionals who can relate. Nina will guide you through conversation, a refreshing meditation, and intention setting with the support of all who show up.
Leave with new connections, a cup that feels more full, and a clear vision for how to help keep it overflowing.
Ticket price includes:
- a discussion around ‘inner sustainability as a helping professional’
- a guided meditation
- intention setting
- light refreshments, including tea
- a self-care bundle with homemade sage + lavender spray, rose quartz, and an affirmation message
Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, along with a notebook and pen.

About the Instructor
A Place for Therapists was born as an inspired idea through Nina O’Neill in 2023. It is a space for Therapists and other Helping Professionals to visit for support, wellness, and community.
Nina is a local Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Treacher, and Holistic Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the field of Mental Health.
