Explore tools that help regulate the nervous system and transform your daily experience of stress, safety, and connection.
In this free interactive community event, licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor Sarah Martyn will cover the basics of the nervous system: why our “fight or flight” response is triggered more often than nature intended (and how that impacts us), and why nourishing the parasympathetic nervous system is essential for long-term well-being. You’ll also learn simple, effective practices to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease.
Leave with a deeper understanding of your body’s wisdom — and practical tools you can begin using right away.
All bodies/abilities are welcome, and no experience with yoga, meditation or massage are needed. Come as you are!
Reserve your space using the “Register Online” button above. Because of the interactive nature of this event, space is limited. Ages 12+ are welcome to participate.
