Make + Take | Botanical Bath Blends

Make a luxurious bath soak and sugar scrub for yourself or a loved one.
In this one-hour, hands-on workshop, attendees will learn which herbs are best for bathing, which healing properties each botanical holds, and how to prepare herbs for use in the bath. You will also learn how to use bathing for lymphatic circulation, muscle relaxation, and energetic healing.
Students are encouraged to bring decorative upcycled glass jars to take home their custom herbal blends—if desired, SHIFT has a large selection of bamboo and metal lids. Glass jars will be provided as well if needed.
Ticket price includes:
- light refreshments, including herbal tea + a plant-based sweet treat
- all materials needed to make an herbal bath soak, including wildcrafted/organic herbs
- all materials needed to make a sugar scrub
- a giftable printout with ingredients + instructions
- 5% off refill purchases the night of the event

Naeemah Fletcher is a Philadelphia-based certified holistic health and wellness coach with a passion for sustainable health. She believes that through plant-based eating, proper nutrition, and mindfulness you can create a balanced life.
