As we move toward the warmer months, it’s time to take a look in your closet. Do you have items in need of some love?
Come see Sarah Sico of Freedom Machine at our Mending Station. She’ll be accepting sewing-related projects including repairs, mending, reworking, and (most) alterations.

NOTE: Items must be clean and dry before dropping off.
Accepted
- items with holes or rips in need of patching
- ripped seams
- missing buttons
- broken straps
- some alterations (email if you have a specific request)
Not accepted
- zipper replacements
- tailoring needs, such as waist adjustments or leg tapering
