SHIFT · 252 Haverford Avenue · Narberth PA 19072
Mend and mingle while learning the basic stitches required for common clothing repairs.
Is your favorite shirt missing a button? Did you accidentally rip a seam? Do you have a great thrifted find that needs a hem? Bring along your piece of clothing (and your beverage of choice) to find out if the repair is an easy DIY, or if it requires a bit more skill.
Needles, thread, and fabric scraps will be available to practice your new skills during the event.
Because of the hands-on nature of this event, space is limited to 10 attendees. Reserve your space in advance by clicking on the ‘Register Now’ button above.
In lieu of an admission fee, we will be collecting fabric scraps and unusable (i.e. stained, ripped, worn out) clothing. Please make sure that all fabric is clean.
NOTE: We are not accepting any under garments during this collection.
